Veterans Program

Veterans Program

Our veterans group is a great opportunity for both those who used to fence and newcomers who decided to take up this sport later in life. Here, the focus is not on medals, but on the joy of movement, socializing, and active living.

Program Features

  • Training sessions adapted to any fitness level and age — no limitations
  • Each session includes game elements, warm-up, flexibility work, and strengthening of all muscle groups
  • Combination of technical exercises, tactical training, and friendly sparring
  • General physical training — the key to health and well-being
  • Opportunity for joint training of children and parents — a sport that unites generations

Benefits

  • Excellent way to relieve stress and recharge after a workday
  • Maintaining an active lifestyle and physical fitness
  • Training attention, reaction speed, and decision-making — fencing is not called 'physical chess' for nothing
  • Opportunity to participate in veterans' tournaments both in Israel and abroad
  • Friendly, supportive atmosphere and communication with like-minded people

Training Schedule

Sessions are held twice a week for 2.5 hours in the evening.

What do you need to start?

  • Just come to a training session! No special preparation required — all you need is willingness.
  • Anyone can practice fencing — regardless of age, experience, or physical fitness.
